We want you to be satisfied. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the handling of your complaint, please write down your complaint using the online form below. We will then contact you as soon as possible.
Please state your name, your order number, the reason and purpose of your complaint, as well as all documents relevant to the processing (e.g. receipts, photos, etc. which you can also upload).
We will deal with your complaint as quickly as possible. If it takes longer than expected, we will let you know!
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/) for your complaint. Your complaint will then be forwarded to the relevant ombudsman.
